Great Breakfast Ideas For Your Session

One thing that is SUPER important for all of our clients is to make sure to eat breakfast before they come in for their shoot!

Why?

Because a Boudoir Experience is a workout!! We only photograph one client per day for a reason – between hair and makeup, trying on outfits, posing for 2 hours, grabbing lunch, and then coming back to see your gorgeous images and make important decisions as to what goes into your products… you’re exhausted afterwards! It’s a full 9:30am-4:00pm day.

So, it's important to fuel your body before your shoot. Here are some quick and easy breakfast ideas you can grab and go!

·       Yogurt & berries

·       Almonds & an apple

·       Protein shake & an orange

·       Cheese & pepperoni/salami

·       Protein bar & banana

·       Apple & peanut butter

·       English muffin & nut butter

·       Hard boiled eggs

·       Instant oatmeal & yogurt

We have all of our clients arrive at the studio at 9:30am, which means many of our clients need to leave a few hours in advance to be on time, and some even fly in the day before for their session.

We get it. Mornings can be hectic. Especially if you have kids or are not a morning person!

Hopefully these quick and easy breakfast ideas give you some ideas for what you can eat before you leave, or even on the ride to see us.

Skipping breakfast is a horrible idea - even if you think it's going to make your tummy look more flat. I promise it's not worth it and it truly doesn't make a bit of difference in your images. We don't want you feeling lightheaded or fatigued during your important day, or worse, passing out.

If you forget to eat breakfast, we do have some quick snacks available for you complimentary at the studio.

And don't forget to drink a ton of water! We have drinks for you at the studio as well.

Don’t forget, we are currently booking 10+ months in advance! So don’t hesitate to reach out when you’re ready for a session.
