Why in the world do you send so many emails before a session?
Sometimes our clients can be a *little* overwhelmed by the amount of emails we send them prior to their session, but I promise there is a method to our madness!
First of all, we want to have a constant open line of communication with you so that if you ever need to get in touch with us, all you have to do is open your inbox and reply to any of the emails we send you. Many of our clients book over a year in advance, so sending out emails throughout that time keeps us in touch! Easy peasy!
Second, we want to make sure ALL of our clients are feeling well prepared and cared for leading up to their sessions.
People come in many different personality types, and while you may be the more "hands off" person, your friend may need constant reassurance and information about the session day, so they are feeling more comfortable and less nervous. Everyone is different!
There are definitely some "must read" emails we send out, like your Prep Guide and Investment Menu, but we feel like all of the information we send out will only help you be more prepared for your session and how your session day is going to run.
For instance, if you skip our Prep Guide, you may show up to your session wearing your hair wet up in a bun. That's an actual NIGHTMARE for us! You may not know this, but we don't factor in time during your session day to blow-dry your hair, and wearing it up is going to make it impossible to style.
So bear with us, we really try to send out pertinent information and skip the fluff as much as possible.
