Arrive in comfy clothes!

We have some great news!

All of our clients arrive to our studio wearing……

PAJAMAS!

That's right!!

We want you to show up wearing loose fitting clothing that is not going to leave any lines or indentations on your skin. You are going to be sitting in a hair and makeup chair for about an hour and a half, so you want to be comfortable. Definitely consider dressing for the weather.

My best tips for arriving to your session:

  • Braless - if you're comfortable doing so. If you must wear a bra, make sure it's as loose as possible. Avoid sports bras at all costs!

  • A loose shirt you can take off without messing up your hair. Button up or just oversized will do!

  • Loose pants or shorts, not leggings! Sweatpants or PJ pants are great.

  • Loose dresses are a great alternative to pajamas!

  • If you need to wear socks, go for the soft fuzzy kind and not traditional socks.

  • Ditch your watch for the day. We promise to keep you on schedule and we don’t want any indents in your wrist.

  • Same as the hair tie. Take that hair tie off your wrist.

Some people are not comfortable leaving the house dressed this way, and we get it. However we promise you can bring clothes to change into AFTER your session. Dressing in loose fitting clothing helps reduce our retouching time if we have to take out redness or indentations in your skin (in fact we might not even be able to fully retouch those out).

We are fully expecting you to arrive looking like you just rolled out of bed, so if that's how you feel you did it right! We dress casually (usually leggings and concert tees) for all of our sessions, so don't worry about impressing us. You'll fit right in!
